Om arrangementet

What is Employee Experience? Is it just a new hype or is there a real shift in mindset going on in terms of how we work with organizational culture? What's the value of creating great experiences at work? Is there any data that proves that it pays off to create great experiences at work? These and many other questions will we try to discuss and answer during this event.

Michael Dean, Director of Employee Experience at Peakon, will speak about how they design programs and initiatives that support people across the employee lifecycle. From onboarding and office experience to peer feedback, growth frameworks, and strategic communications, they look to harness the collective voice of our people to develop the organization. On top of that, we will hear about if Peakon has found any data yet that gives new insights into finding correlations between employee and customer experience.

Jonas Bladt Hansen, Inversus, will give an introduction to Employee Experience and give concrete examples of how organizations are working with this already and why they found out that this could be the key to creating a competitive advantage.

The event is sponsored by Praice who will make sure there is free beer for everyone during the session - and that everyone can take a bottle home of the premium Frederiksberg Bryghus beer! When you sign up for this event you also consent that Praice may contact you after the session.
